Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect past-due payments Track and ensure return of rented modems after service termination Monitor aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts Post payments and reconcile customer accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and account statuses Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to coordinate modem returns Generate weekly and monthly AR and collections reports Recommend process improvements to enhance collections efficiencyQualifications High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
