Our client, an educational institution dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming environment, is seeking a Campus Monitor to join their team. As a Campus Monitor, you will be an essential part of the safety and security team, supporting the overall well-being of students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate vigilance, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Campus Monitor

- Floater/Per Diem , must be able to cover any shift -as early as 630am till as late as 730pm, shifts can be Inside or Outside

Location: Yorktown Heights, NY

Pay Rate: 18.50/hr.

What's the Job?

• Sign in anyone coming to school buildings to ensure proper access control
• Check IDs of visitors and staff to maintain security protocols
• Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety and order
• Oversee bus arrivals and departures to support student transportation safety
• Assist with screenings and other security procedures as needed

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement or security experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late afternoons
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to perform screenings and enforce safety protocols
