Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Paraprofessional to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Elk Grove Village, IL. This contract position offers the chance to contribute directly to student success by assisting teachers and providing individualized attention to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering instruction and managing student behavior
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives

• Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Relevant paraprofessional certification or coursework preferred
