Are you passionate about helping others and have at least 1 year of call center experience? Join us as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become the friendly voice assisting individuals with ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with transportation coordination
• Perform data entry, process picture IDs, and support administrative tasks
• Split your day between customer calls and office support duties
• Deliver top-tier service to a diverse customer base

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
