Job Title: Designer / Product Developer – 3PL Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer/Product Developer to join our team within our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations. This role will focus on designing and developing products that meet client needs while ensuring quality, functionality, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, technical specifications, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to bring concepts to life from ideation through production. Responsibilities Design and develop new products from concept to final production in alignment with client requirements and brand standards. Create designs across multiple categories including apparel (t-shirts, hats), accessories, stickers, and other branded merchandise. Develop digital assets such as marketing creatives, social media graphics, and promotional materials to support product launches. Provide fresh artwork and design concepts for internal teams to support campaigns and seasonal releases. Build mock-ups and presentations (often in Canva) for internal reviews and partner approvals. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align designs with client expectations and market trends. Review samples, conduct quality checks, and provide feedback to ensure production accuracy. Research industry trends and competitor products to inform innovative design solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in product design and development, preferably within apparel, accessories, or consumer goods. Previous experience working with 3PL operations, supply chain, or logistics partners is highly preferred. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, etc.); Canva experience a plus. Strong technical knowledge of materials, garment/accessory construction, and production processes. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
