Director of DTC and Private Client Sales
Position Location: The ideal candidate will reside in Napa, Sonoma, or Marin counties in CA

We are seeking a polished leader who is a forward-thinking visionary and operates with a sense of urgency to help design, launch, execute, and manage the Taub Family Vineyards DTC division and oversee the development of our Taub Private Client sales efforts. The Director of DTC and Private Client Sales will engage with, support, and educate both prospective and existing clients. Being an innovator who brings a fresh perspective on tactics to promote our fine wine portfolio is a must for this role.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000.00 plus bonus.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and more.
