Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee and manage drywall and framing projects from start to finish
🔹 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success
🔹 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and materials procurement
🔹 Handle estimating, bidding, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
🔹 Lead and mentor field teams and subcontractors
Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of experience in drywall project management
✔ Strong knowledge of framing, gypsum board, and finishing
✔ Experience working with commercial or multifamily projects
✔ Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
✔ Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
