We are seeking a dedicated Food Safety Specifications Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role is integral to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. The position offers the opportunity to be part of a globally recognized company experiencing exciting and rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Work within SAP PLM for ingredient analysis and formulation review.
• Collaborate with food safety specialists and support commercialization projects.
• Complete verification of records, maintaining all food safety documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for new ingredients, products, and processes.
• Review policies, procedures, and guidance to support corporate FSQA and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience within the food industry.
• Proficiency in SAP PLM or similar database software.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, food safety, and GMP.
• BS in Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
