Hospice/Palliative Care Physician
Location: Milford, CT
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a Hospice/Palliative Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Milford, CT. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, focusing on palliative, hospice, and acute hospital services.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals requiring hospice and palliative care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide hospitalist services as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Participate in shared weekend call rotations to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Valid or eligible for a state medical license.
• Certification: Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
• Experience: Previous experience or strong interest in hospice and palliative care preferred.
