We are currently looking to contract with courier services in the Akron, OH area to service our clients.
**Responsibilities**
As a contracted courier service working with our company, a requirement is that you supply vehicle for service on local routes to transport specimen samples from pickup locations (collection sites) to local destination locations or local shipping locations. A smartphone is required to collect data used for tracking and invoicing for your services.
**Qualifications**
adequate, reliable transportation
required auto insurance
valid driver's license and good driving record
active Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with adequate data plan
Federal Tax ID Number (EIN)
professional contract courier experience preferred

* MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
* PAY IS BASED ON MILEAGE FROM PHARMACY TO LOCATION
* YOU WILL ROUTE OUT YOUR ORDERS THE PREVIOUS NIGHT FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY
* 0-10 MILES
- STAT ORDERS: $18 PER ORDER (2 HOUR WINDOW)
- WILL CALL ORDERS: $8 PER ORDER (4 HOUR WINDOW)
- REGULAR ORDERS: $8 PER ORDER ( DELIVERY FROM 9AM-1:30PM)
* 11-30 MILES
- STAT ORDERS: $22 PER ORDER (2 HOUR WINDOW)
- WILL CALL ORDERS: $10 PER ORDER (4 HOUR WINDOW)
- REGULAR ORDERS: $8 PER ORDER ( DELIVERY FROM 9AM-1:30PM)
* 31-40 MILES
- STAT ORDERS: $1 PER MILE PER ORDER (2 HOUR WINDOW)
- WILL CALL ORDERS: $1 PER MILE PER ORDER (4 HOUR WINDOW)
- REGULAR ORDERS: $10 PER ORDER (DELIVERY FROM 9AM-1:30PM)
* 41-50 MILES:
- STAT ORDERS: $1 PER MILE PER ORDER (2 HOUR WINDOW)
- WILL CALL ORDERS: $1 PER MILE PER ORDER (4 HOUR WINDOW)
- REGULAR ORDERS: $12 PER ORDER (DELIVERY FROM 9AM-1:30PM)

- ALL STAT ORDERS AND WILL CALL ORDERS ARE $1 PER MILE PER ORDER
- ALL REGULAR ORDERS ARE .85 PER MILE PER ORDER
