Construction Company seeks a Interior Construction Super / Forman for small to mid size boutique type construction renovations primarily Commercial Renovations and at times high end residential jobs on in NYC. Individual must be experienced in all aspects of construction.
Main objective is to have past and relevant experience in being an “on the tools” carpenter foreman while helping run smaller jobs and work closely with job site super on mid to larger size renovations and coordinating the job with the project management staff. If this isn’t for you please do not apply Must be well versed in performing a high quality carpentry and framing, willing to perform layouts and framing and have the management skills to coordinate trades in all phases of construction including framing, masonry, etc.... Must monitor work to be done daily and keep team on timeline. Blue Print Reading and required OSHA safety training. Ability to get to jobs in NYC. This person will need to offer opinions about the work when asked, review work for quality control, aid and assist with estimating and site visits for future jobs etc .
