Responsibilities Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency. Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to align with business requirements. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure proper access control. Maintain data integrity by performing data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleansing. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. Provide user training, support, and guidance to maximize user adoption and proficiency. Document system configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and future maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business units, to drive successful Salesforce implementations and integrations. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to leverage new capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in BA/B.Sc. Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard and custom objects, data modeling, and security. Proficiency in using automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows. Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data migration in Salesforce. Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units, developers, and administrators.
