We are looking for a Legal Assistant 65k to 70k Direct Hire. 100%-on-site, located near DTLA.

Probate provides comprehensive legal services including General Litigation, Trusts & Estates, Litigation, Real Property Law, Appeals, Personal Injury, and Probate.

must haves are:
• Prepare, review, and e-file court documents including case management statements, notice of ruling, notice of hearing.
• Prepare and e-file form probate petitions and documents
• Maintain ongoing communication with personal representatives, beneficiaries, trustees, and other clients
• Draft deeds, affidavits, waivers, consents, and receipts for court and non-court matters
• Calendar hearings and monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filings in accordance with state and local rules
