Job Description

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant in New York, NY. They are looking for an individual who is organized with strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm with four days in office and one remote day on Fridays. Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative support to a senior Partner, including complex calendar management and inbox oversight * Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring preferences and priorities are anticipated * Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy * Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, serving as a trusted partner to the Partner supported * Track time entries, reconcile expenses, and assist with billing processes in a timely manner * Liaise with clients, attorneys, and internal departments, maintaining organized files and supporting ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree highly preferred * 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within law or professional services * Demonstrated longevity in prior roles; proven ability to support senior executives with discretion and judgment * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands * Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and professional demeanor * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $120K base + bonus + paid overtime * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous PTO package * Stipend for WFH setup * College coaching services and personal concierge service * 401K with employer match after one year Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
