• 24-hour call shifts from 7am - 7am
• Average 2 patients seen per shift -- 50% callback rate
• Coverage for deliveries only -- no clinic or gyn surgeries
• Approximately 450 deliveries annually
• 2 admissions and 2 phone consults per shift
• Ongoing call coverage opportunities
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
