Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Clinical Medical Secretary to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

As a Clinical Medical Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed.
• Assisting with insurance verification and processing.
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a medical receptionist, medical secretary or in a similar role required.
• Previous experience with EPIC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Details:

• Pay cycle weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered.
• Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm ( 7.5 hour shift | 37.5 hours/week)
• Parking employees will need to cover their own parking. Available lots vary in price based on location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
