IDR is seeking a Network Analyst to join one of our top clients in Lawrenceville, GA . Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Network Analyst:

• Deliver AV technical support across multiple county facilities, focusing on Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Google meeting applications.

• Design, configure, test, and maintain various hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues within a 24/7/365 Data Center environment.

• Support AV systems, including endpoints, projectors, TVs, and video matrix systems

Required Skills for the Network Analyst:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional analyst and systems experience in a large-scale IT environment.

• At least 2 years of experience with AV, Webex Systems, Zoom, and Google meeting applications.

• Proven experience in a Cisco network/telecom environment, with familiarity in Avaya, Siemens, and ROLM systems.

• Strong knowledge of systems administration principles for telecom.

• Ability to commute reliably to our client's location in Lawrenceville, GA, five days a week.
