We are growing in the Columbus, OH area and have an opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our team. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative function and activities of all LRT offices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform office management duties including answering incoming calls, assisting visitors, and managing office supply orders
  • Provide administrative support to all LRT offices and the management team
  • Assist the HR team with items such as applications, new hire orientations and onboarding
  • Support the Finance Manager with Accounts Receivable duties, as assigned
  • Plan and coordinate company events and outings

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management or being in an administrative support role
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and organization skills
  • The ability to successfully work as part of a team, or individually and handle confidential information when required
  • Familiarity with HR onboarding, compliance, and benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with event planning and coworker communication for multiple areas
  • Accounts Receivable and/or basic accounting experience preferred
  • Willing to travel occasionally, as required
  • Bilingual in Spanish, both verbal and written is a plus!
