What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Deliver a best-in-class customer onboarding experience to help customers quickly meet their business needs
Drive the onboarding engagement from kick-off to project completion, ensuring outstanding customer experiences
Tailor solutions based on customer needs and business objectives
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting defined outcomes
Provide guidance and recommendations on self-service resources and online training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

Fluency in English and German
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workloads

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Technical proficiency and ability to learn and teach software
Experience in onboarding or training within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
Familiarity with project management software and/or Salesforce
Experience in project management or coordination
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
