THE GIST:

Our client, an inventive venture capital firm in San Francisco, seeks a top-tier Personal Assistant to support their Managing Partner. This role will be responsible for expertly streamlining the partner's day to day, in both a personal & business capacity. The ideal candidate has experience supporting UHNWIs or high-level executives in a personal capacity and will bring their stellar attention to detail to the role.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Manage household operations and daily needs for the executive & their family
• Assist with personal matters such as booking appointments, making reservations, hiring household staff, working with vendors, etc.
• Respond to issues or urgent matters at the household when needed (broken appliances, last minute deliveries, etc.)
• Light EA responsibilities - strategically manage executive's complex calendar, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments across different time zones
• Act as an excellent representation of the executive in all interactions
• Process expenses and invoices
• Assist with ad hoc needs & tasks

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or Family Assistant
• Previous experience supporting an UHNWI or high-level executive preferred
• Flexibility to work from executive's personal home or corporate office (both in San Francisco)
• Superb attention to detail - crossing every t and dotting every i
• Flexibility to work onsite in accordance to executive's schedule
• Positive and professional communication style
• Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with competing priorities
• Reliable & resourceful nature
• Service-oriented mindset

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - weekly schedule varies depending on executive's needs)

COMPENSATION: $120-$140k base salary + benefits + bonus (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
