The
Recruiter will provide full cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical areas of Westminster Canterbury Richmond through the development and execution of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to fill open positions.

- Hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate for this position has staffing agency background or demonstrated experience recruiting for a broad range of positions and/or industries and can effectively recruit a diverse candidate pool and work with a variety of hiring managers. This position contributes significantly to the vision of this organization and will have the opportunity to work within a corporate human resources team.
Requirements - Develop and execute recruiting plans with the assistance of Management to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Lead the recruiting and interviewing plan for identified positions, including reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet position requirements and conducting prescreening interviews. Participate on interview panels, when appropriate.
- Stay on top of emerging trends relating to recruiting and onboarding, including soliciting feedback. Make recommendations for improvement to current processes in order to attract talent and continuously improve upon the applicant experience.
- Ensure the prompt posting and maintenance of openings in appropriate venues, including websites, social and professional networking sites, publications, newspapers and other identified sources
- Identify a need to attend or hold job fairs for recruiting and company recognition within the community and coordinate these activities for success.
- Cultivate a solid social media presence for recruitment using established employment branding.
- Serve as a facilitator at the New Employee Orientation. Coordinate with the Hiring Manager to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding.
- Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing practices and employment laws as related to recruitment.
- Ability to establish effective relationships and market the organization effectively.
- Good working knowledge of web-based recruitment applications, including social media sites and online recruitment tools.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill duties and responsibilities of position.
- Two years progressive recruitment experience.
