We have immediate openings for a Regional Branch Office Coordinator who can handle a variety of office responsibilities across the state of Indiana and support our caregivers who are providing care for our community's most vulnerable.

Qualifications and Requirements: - Willingness to cover any of the vacant open BOC positions at any of the 11 branches in the state of Indiana. Including visiting locations a couple of times a week for coverage as needed.
- Cover branches with a vacant BOC opening to recruit, hire, and interview aides based on the needs of the branch. Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, and strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff.
- Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards.
- Conducts new employee orientation and ensures all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to the appropriate areas
- Training of new BOC for the location for at least 2 weeks, including full cycle recruitment and EVV.
- Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters, including but not limited to corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc. prior to action
- Assists with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification
- Reliable transportation and willing to drive to any of the locations in the State of Indiana,
at least 2-3 times a week.
