As a Senior Recruiter reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager , you’ll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping shape the future of our organization by attracting top-tier talent. Based in Miami-Doral , this hybrid role offers the perfect blend of in-office collaboration and work-life balance. Schedule: 3 days/week onsite at our Miami-Doral office What You’ll Do Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute customized recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Proactive Sourcing: Use advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM platforms to build strong pipelines and uncover hidden talent. Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Data-Driven Insights: Present recruitment metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve processes. Candidate Experience Champion: Create a memorable, high-touch experience for every candidate—because how we hire reflects who we are. Brand Ambassador: Help elevate our employer brand through creative outreach and community engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment with broader talent strategies. What You Bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in corporate functions like Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing. Proven success recruiting across multiple regions in an in-house setting. Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, including Workday ATS. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
