Receive & verify incoming shipments; inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
Organize & label packages, allocate deliveries, and maintain a tidy inventory system
Prepare shipments by verifying, packaging, labeling, and completing documents
Manage inventory with cycle counts, reporting, and resolving discrepancies
Operate equipment including forklifts and hand tools
Maintain supplier relations by occasionally picking up and delivering parts
Support quality assurance and assist with minor manufacturing operations
Keep it clean by managing shipping supplies and maintaining a clean work area
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (shipping & receiving preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and operate forklifts and hand tools
Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a production setting
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment
