Stage Manager - Immersive Meow Wolf Experience Location: Grapevine, Texas Type of Employment: Seasonal Dates: Training October 4th & 5th; Set up & Rehearsals November 1st & 2nd, 3rd - 7th, 10th -14th, 15th & 16th, 18th - 20th; Show Dates November 21st - 23rd, 27th - 30th, December 4th - 7th, 11th - 14th, 18th - 28th, 30th - January 7th Salary: $40/hour About the Role The Stage Manager (SM) holds a pivotal role within the production, acting as the linchpin for communication across all teams involved. They coordinate every aspect of rehearsals, ensuring that all elements of the production are synchronized and running smoothly. During performances, the Stage Manager calls cues to orchestrate the entrances and exits of actors, maintaining order and control in the dynamic environment of live theater and ensuring a polished and professional performance. Responsibilities Daily rehearsal space preparation and reset, in collaboration with ASM Oversight of ASM documentation, including blocking notes and direction from the Show Director Delivery of daily rehearsal reports to General Managers and Show Directors to support continuity Serve as primary liaison between the Show Director, performers, and design/technical teams during rehearsals and performances Collaborate with ASM to determine and distribute daily cast reports via email, summarizing updates and calls Maintain communication with the Production Director, Show Director, and Creative Director for status updates and issue escalation Maintain and update the Run of Show during rehearsals, including cues, blocking, and notes Call all technical cues (lighting and sound) during live performances using the iPad and radio system shared with ASM Supervise backstage operations and ensure smooth scene transitions with ASM Preserve and enforce the artistic intent and integrity of the production during performances Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment Respond to and resolve technical or performance-related issues in real time Oversee maintenance and reset of props and set pieces post-show with ASM Ensure proper costume care and maintenance with support from ASM Deliver timely calls to cast and crew to ensure punctuality and readiness Document and report personnel or operational issues to the Production Director, Show Director, or Creative Director as appropriate Qualifications Experience coordinating rehearsals and calling cues in live productions Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work across multiple teams Proficiency with Run of Show management and cueing for lighting and sound Ability to maintain composure and safety in a fast-paced, live environment #J-18808-Ljbffr RWS Global
