**Job Title: MRI Technologist**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in MRI imaging and a passion for patient care. This role requires full-time availability of 40 hours per week for an initial two-week orientation period before transitioning to a solo weekend shift.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate MRI machines efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare patients for MRI scans and explain procedures to alleviate any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe scanning environment.
- Document all imaging procedures while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging and coordinate results.
- Perform patient care tasks as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- Associate degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging or Radiology.
- Minimum of two years of MRI Technologist experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with GE or Siemens MRI scanners is mandatory.
- Familiarity with non-contrast exams, routine musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and occasional body MRI procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including day and evening shifts during the orientation phase.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Contract Details:**

- Guaranteed hours with a commitment to a contract length of 91 weeks.
