Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CFO to join our team in a consulting role, working with a variety of companies. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of these organizations, as well as providing strategic guidance on technology and data-driven initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of financial management, along with a strong understanding of technical processes and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations and financial planning activities
- Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and data analytics
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive company growth and profitability
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis and technology
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive technological innovation within a financial context
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle systems
