Our diverse range of high-quality products, from trendsetting lip colors to flawless foundations, reflects our commitment to exceeding beauty standards.********Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingEnsure compliance with accounting principles and standards, as well as regulatory requirements.Oversee Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP accountingDevelop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assetsManage the month-end close process, including preparation of financial statements and analysis of variancesCoordinate and oversee the annual audit processPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholdersProvide guidance and support to other departments regarding financial mattersManage the general ledger accounting function, including reconciliations and journal entriesSupervise the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensationCollaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactionsStay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practicesRequirements :Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)Proven experience as a Controller or similar roleStrong knowledge of technical accounting principles and standardsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, ERP)Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataSolid understanding of corporate accounting processes, including general ledger accounting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivableFamiliarity with SOX compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred qualifications:Someone with inventory management experienceTangible accounting experience (5 yrs minimum)CPA license or background, who can file commercial taxesExperience building up balance sheets, reconciling the entire company, etcHigh level, experienced candidatesCompensation :Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 annually401(k) retirement plan401(k) matching programPaid time offNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
