Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Milling Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be part of a skilled workforce supporting innovative machinery production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective time management abilities which will align successfully in the organization. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Job Title: CNC Milling Machinist (Direct Hire)
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $22-$30 Hourly
Shift: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Load parts, prove programs, and perform simple edits while inspecting parts for quality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision.
• Calculate and set machining factors such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety regulations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificate preferred.
• Minimum of six months of related machining experience.
• Ability to read and understand G-code or knowledge of CNC programming.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings with geometric tolerances.
• Basic math skills, including algebra and geometry.
