Were growing rapidly and looking for a skilled, client-focused professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role.Position OverviewThis is a hybrid role combining expertise in medical and dental coding and billing with strong client recruitment and onboarding skills. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle coding and billing tasks while actively engaging potential clients, communicating our value proposition, and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. Youll be an integral part of both our operational and growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesMedical & Dental Coding & Billing (Approx. 50%) Accurately review and assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and CDT codes based oncomprehensive documentation from a variety of medical and dental specialties. Prepare, submit, and track claims for timely and compliant reimbursement acrossmultiple payers. Monitor outstanding claims and resolve denials or rejections through detailed follow-upsand appeals. Verify insurance benefits, check eligibility, and ensure authorization protocols arefollowed when applicable. Maintain knowledge of payer-specific guidelines, industry regulations, anddocumentation requirements. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS rules, and HealthPath Solutions internal qualitystandards. Stay current with ongoing changes in coding guidelines and billing regulations throughcontinuous education.*Other tasks as assigned.Client Recruitment & Onboarding (Approx. 50%) Identify and contact prospective clients using cold outreach, referrals, networking, andmarketing campaigns. Conduct introductory consultations to assess potential client needs and explainHealthPath Solutions services. Tailor service proposals and present custom billing and coding solutions based onpractice size, specialty, and workflow. Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring trust andresponsiveness. Manage all aspects of onboarding new clients:o Execute contracts and collect documentationo Coordinate software integrations and data transferso Ensure credentialing, compliance, and billing setup is aligned with specialty-specific needso Provide orientation and training to client staff Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and early successduring the client onboarding phase. Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage communications, and report on recruitmentactivity.*Other tasks as assigned.QualificationsRequired: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), CertifiedDental Coder (CDC), or similar recognized credentials. Minimum 2 years of experience in medical and/or dental coding and billing acrossmultiple specialties. Solid understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, CDT codes, modifiers, payer rules, andbilling best practices. Experience with clearinghouses, EHR/PM systems (e.g., MedOffice, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Kareo, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both clinical andadministrative stakeholders. Professional demeanor and client-facing skills with a strong understanding of customerservice principles. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. A growth mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive client acquisition andretention.Preferred: Experience in a business development, sales, or account management role in thehealthcare industry. Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) platforms (e.g., HubSpot,Salesforce, Zoho). Experience working in or with multi-specialty practices, including primary care,orthodontics, oral surgery, dermatology, behavioral health, dental, and more.
