As an operations manager at Wegmans, you’ll oversee the store's operations during the overnight hours, playing an essential role in addressing any concerns and maintaining our incredible customer service. We're looking for strong managerial and leadership skills, along with an understanding of our unique, essential and seasonal products to ensure success of the overnight team. In this role you’ll be responsible for department financials, product levels and employee performance. If you have a passion for leading a team of energetic employees in a dynamic, exciting environment, this could be the job for you!
